You are a sad person to even sit there and try to place blame. You were not there, you do not know what happened. It is a sad event, and yes very tragic. The family has the right to grieve without reporters breathing down their necks and without ignorant people trying to place blame in a situation you know nothing about. For starters just to point out a fact. They are talking about involuntary manslaughter. If you look up the definition of this act it states that it's the act of unlawfully killing another human being unintentionally and sometimes called criminally negligent homicide in the United States or culpable homicide in Scotland, occurs where there is no intention to kill or cause serious injury but death is due to recklessness or criminal negligence. The key word in that is UNINTENTIONAL which means it was no ones fault not the dogs, or the grandfather or the mother. I know them all personally, She was a caring mother, The dogs were playful and sweet but all animals are capable of harm, and the grandfather would never intentionally place anyone in harms way. Don't label someone you don't know about a situation you don't have the facts on period.
