FEMA sets up Wilmington office to help with Irene questions

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- FEMA has set up a Disaster Recovery Center to aid New Hanover County residents who still have questions and concerns about federal assistance in the wake of Hurricane Irene.

The center is for anyone who would like questions answered face to face, or for folks without access to a telephone.

The offices at 230 Government Center Drive, Suite 127-38 in Wilmington will be open from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. through Tuesday. The center is closed on Sunday.
