FIRST of all...I didn't need the counties help to take my storm debris...cost me 20 bucks and I didn't mooch on taxpayer money!
Second...You DO realize...that Wilmington would go BROKE if only residents supported it....you DO realize that millions of dollars is dumped into the city from non-city residents....us non-city folk are what keeps businesses open!
Really...is that all you've got? I'll just stay in the county with half the taxes!...and the SAME benefits...minus storm debris removal!
