We get a hurricane...what....evert 5 or 10 years or so? So if I pay my lawncare guy an extra $20 to haul away storm debris, it's no big deal. You, on the other hand, are stuck paying multi-thousands of dollars over those same years just for the "privilege" of living inside the city limits and not getting any more for your money than I get....and if all county residents stopped spending money inside the city limits, you would be forced to pay more taxes.
