Public hearings to be held this week on Titan's draft air permit

The N.C. Division of Air Quality issued a draft air permit to Titan last month. Now they’re looking to the public to help them decide whether to alter it or deny Titan the permit altogether. Three public hearings will be held this week to discuss the permit, which would regulate how much pollutants Titan will be allowed to emit.
