Just correcting your misinformation. According to our surveys taken during the town hall meetings, most of the attendees learned about the meetings through our phone calls.
I am certain that if WWAY would have helped promote these important sessions by announcing them on air or via it's website, the need to make the phone calls would not be as critical.

Using these 'reverse 911' phone systems is a great help in our efforts to communicate with the public.
