Am I understanding that correctly? You used the reverse 911 system to communicate information about a community event?
Try checking with the state on why the local PSAPs are funded by the state E911 fund, and most importantly, the purposes and approved uses of the reverse calling capability. It's not to spread the news about routine, non-emergency meetings.
