Umm, ok, he goes to give himself up and then decided to shoot the light?
This must have been written really fast. It doesn't make any sense. It made sense up until after the paragraph that said he decided to give himself up. After that, it goes down hill. Who shot out the light and why was the light shot out, was is done before he gave himself up or what? Not trying to be mean but this is exactly why WWAY gets a bad rap sometimes no proof reading was done or this would have been caught.
