So in other words it is NOT a FACT that MOST officers have trouble qualifying? Is this correct buttercup? I mean I just want to be straight on all these facts you happen to be aware of. If twenty officers line up to qualify and two struggle with it, I would not say the majority have an issue with it and further state it as a fact.
