Kitchen Cops 9/29/11

WILMINGTON NC (WAY) -- In this Kitchen Cops report inspectors found a low performer to tell you about. Mugsy's Pub at 202 Princess street in Wilmington has a list of violations that include: soiled cutting boards, no hot water in prep sink, dry food and spices stored in soiled and cracked containers, wash all fruits and veggies, utensils soiled, soiled equipment and other cleaning issues

All totaled an 83.5 for Mugsy's add two for a food safety course and Mugsy's Pub comes up with a low 85.5.
