I think they should have purchased the piece of property that Terex Crane is fixing to close down in October located in Wilmington. Huge assembly buildings already in place for that type of business, rail location connected to the property and located just across the road from a major shipping terminal with enough land to expand in the future. But what do I know I only use common sense and there is no gain in it for me. Oh I forgot we've been to distracted with all the fighting going on in our local government for them to actually go their jobs.
