you guys are TRIPIN out over these records...this is over a 7 year period...dates weren't given for the speeding..heck that could have been 20 years old for all we know....the insurance and registration charges...LOTS of people get those, especially if their money is tight. I will NOT defend the drivers unsafe driving on this incident...but COME ON...just about EVERYBODY has a driving record that reads almost like that...
