Really??? Are you kidding me???? YOU must be the one "TRIPIN". NOT everyone has a record "that reads almost like that". I personally have been driving for over 40 years....never on an expired anything, no tickets for no seat belt, no speeding tickets or anything else for that matter and only one accident when the guy behind me was cited for his failure to stop. This man has a history of not obeying the speed limit and failure to maintain his personal vehicle. Dates (the year issued) were given for the speeding tickets in the article so there goes your "20 year theory" also. Think the times he was ticketed for speeding where the only times he did it??? Guess again! Oh, one more question...would you let any of your family members ride in the car with him???
