An error in judgement is when we make a mistake. He did not wake up that morning and say "gee think I will have an accident and cause the death of another human being". Have you never made a mistake? are you perfect in every way? do you never get distracted while driving? then I'm sure you will have a perfect driving record your whole life. You need to get a reality check and learn that as humans we are not perfect.
