sir are very lucky then...because the MAJORITY of us DO have at least a speeding ticket or expired inspection ticket...soooo....two speeding tickets in his ENTIRE history of driving means he has a HISTORY of speeding?
OH...and I'm guessing that YOU sir have sped and broken laws of the road....you just didn't get caught!
