I really feel sorry for the town of Leland. They are stuck with a bunch of do nothing egos that have only their own interests in mind. Unfortunately, there is not alot they can do but at least when it comes to voting time, they can show their displeasure at the nitwits they have on city council.

The police chief is a joke and it sounds like a good majority of the police officers are too. They are following a leader blindly - remind you of anything?

Someone needs to light a match under these people and get them to do the job they are supposed to. If you don't, you are stuck with them!!
