Still seems crazy that the SBI and not the FBI were invited in.
Does anyone know how to contact Special Agent Warner to file specific complaints against the Leland Police Department?
That "blind po box" that was given awhile back could go to nowhere as far as the general public knows.
If his email address or contact information are not made public, how are the citizens of Leland supposed to have their complaints investigated? Do we just hope Chief Jayne tells the SBI about the complaints and then they look into or do we take a more proactive approach.
It was a baby step, but the Town of Leland Certainly took a step in the right direction last night.
