EMBEZZLEMENT!!!! Mark my words, no one makes this many "mistakes". I'm betting there is fraud and someone will be caught. Guess the Town Manager should have brushed up on his accounting if he was going to be audited annually by professionals. Government officials make me sick. Pathetic.
