First you install a police-state license plate scanning system to run a background check on everyone going to or leaving from WB and now Mayor Cignotti says "I think we're probably at full capacity. I don't think we can take more people and preserve our quality of life." Hey Wrightsville Beach ... We get the hint.
As to the private bus system proposal : As long as private citizens aren't being forced to pick up the tab for someone else riding that bus; why not? I am a little curious though as to how WB plans to run a backgroung check on everyone on that bus with only the one license plate to scan.
