As a harsh critic of the "element" that is drawn into our downtown due to the bar scene, this is the exact BALANCE that I have been talking about all along.
Bring in business that will make the people with real disposable income, you know,reputable folks want to hang out and bring friends, family and VISITORS down there.
I don't live in Fayettville, Jax, or the southside of Chicago for the same reason of not wanting to be around the trouble that leads to people getting hurt.
