Well we talk about Vietnam a lot

and the US got its butt whipped in that war - and not just whipped, we got our butts handed to us. When you evacuate your last soldiers, you lost decidedly. But still, we Americans talk about that war. Iraq will largely be regarded as a gargantuan mistake and largely a loss for the US but we'll always remember it and honor the dead of the US and its allies. Strange culture you're from that you must win a war to honor and remember its dead. What is this strange fixation you all have about people who want to view museum relics related to the Civil War? In almost every news story about the Civil War, some greasy transplant is belly aching about remembering that war.
