It is more disappointment. The public that goes downtown sees how great and "cool" things could be. Business owners downtown are passionate about this city, as they should be. Government intervening for no real reason on this issue. We've got music venues (see BAC, Pour House, Greenfield Lake, etc) stepping up and bringing better bands to town. Then we have artists making kickass posters and artwork to support arts and entertainment in town....which drives attendance, driving revenue, driving fun into the city. There isn't much reason for the local government to intervene and tell you you can't put posters on your own windows. The whole thing is ridiculous. Actually, I'm passed disappointment and just moved to outcry now that you mentioned it.
