Barbara, this is the same thing that I'm currently dealing with, with the Kerr Avenue "Improvement" project. I'm at a loss as to what to do. My property value will be gravely effected and my quality of life as well. I too will no longer be able to turn right out of my driveway. It's just a total nightmare. Who will ever buy my property with this lurking in the near future. I just want to be zoned commercial, sell to someone who will build a strip mall or something and be on my way. This was an absolute shock!! So, I feel your pain.
