the case is a drunk driver or a hit and run it is more than a misdemeanor & on the news they usually post drunk driver kills or texting driver kills, BUT IN THIS ACCIDENT this is not the case, that's why it is a misdemeanor.. This was a serious accident that occurred, and a tragic on at that. How was the driver to know that swerving to miss a suv failing to yield would case a mans life. The man is sincerely missed, and I am so sorry for his families lose. But everyone needs to quit pointing fingers b/c no one on here is perfect. And remember when point fingers you have FOUR pointing right back at you.
