His appeal was heard. He recieved a split decision. One charge was voided out.
He has the right to appeal to a higher court.
I'm confident government bodies everywhere are quaking in their boots that you might sue them. The only question they may have will concern when you throw out the race card as a defense.
It is highly unlikely you would have any records to bring forth in your defense were you to be charged under similar circumstances.
Now the responding officers might have hysterics if they can identify you as Guest228 when they get to the scene.
