It is not equal, it is slanted towards a black individual more than anything. The judges, lawyers, district attorneys and bailiffs all have to make sure they don't so much as to give a perceived sideways look to a black defendant or out will come the race card.

Since you want to talk about equal, lets make everything equal. We can disband the naacp, the rainbow coalition, the united negro college fund, the black miss America pageant, black entertainment television, black shopping channel, affirmative action, image awards, black colleges.

When you are ready to abolish all of them, then come talk about fairness and racism.
