Maybe once Fulton finishes cutting the pay/benefits for police in Wilmington, he can hire all the firees from Leland to fill all the vacancies, they can come to our city. They'll need jobs. Just a bit of baggage, but at least we'll save on taxes! Go Tea Party...yay.
