WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- Cape Fear Community College wants folks to fall into a healthy routine this autumn, which is why it held its Harvest Health, Wellness & Safety Fair today. More than 60 exhibitors helped students and residents learn about different aspects of their health. From spinal checks to learning about cancer to flu shots vendors covered an array of topics to promote healthy living. Student Natashia Burrell got her blood pressure checked and learned something surprising. "My blood pressure was a little high, so she gave me information to take and make it where it will stay normal and I know where I won't get sick or anything like that," Burrell said. The fair also offered free manicures and massages. CFCC hosts the Harvest Health, Wellness & Safety Fair every year.
