I don't know anything about the people in this story, and presumably neither do you. Why would you say she is a gold-digger? She may very well have been a housewife, raised kids, cleaned house, washed his clothes, etc., for 20 years, all the while received no salary. Then they get divorced, and suddenly she out there with no job history and limited job skills. How would her taking some of his retirement be considered gold-digging? In a divorce, there is a property settlement, and his retirement is part of the couple's assets that are divided.
