First of all no one wants your money. and if you feel so pious maybe you need to put that money you are earning under your mattress. Check out how BoA and other big banks have safe guarded there European assets with FDIC. once Europe crashes your money will be no good as your tax dollars will Pay the big banks the losses in Europe and the economy will fail.
