Obama is always blaming Bush for his own shortcomings, but when something comes along that is actually a positive result of Bush's administration, Obama just simply takes credit. If the troops do get to come home it is due to the SOFA (U.S.–Iraq Status of Forces Agreement) was signed by U.S. President George W. Bush on December 14, 2008.
So please, give the credit where it is due and thank Bush if the troops do get to come home.
