If I understand correctly, there is only so much time allotted for the news and so much to say about this, this is the reason she has all of the papers as handouts. She wants to get the message across, but it would take a long time on the news to go through it all. She has taken the floor at the meetings and said much of it face to face with the mayor and he has no response because he knows it is all true!
Sorry about the "honey" word. Being a senior citizen, I forget sometimes about the ever growing need to " watch what you say as you could offend someone"........! The world just gets more and more crazy.
I think it is insulting to have the mayor and his puppets think we are all dumb!
