Ricky would be well suited to City Council. There is no duplicity in him and he seems to have the city's best interests at heart. He does not seem to be captive to special interests and knows the situation on the ground level. Originally, I think many people wrote him off, but after the antics of "professional politicians" on the local, state, and federal level, things are changing. Ricky might not be the most polished candidate, but I'll take integrity over polish any day.
