The important thing to remember about people with developmental disabilities, as explained on this site, is:
"People with developmental disabilities benefit from comprehensive long-term services. With such services, people with disabilities are often able to be more active, productive, and independent, which benefits their communities as well."
Don't you think it's kind of low for you to attack a guy you don't know personally, who obviously has a disability? He may be disabled, but that doesn't make him stupid. What's your excuse?
Huh?
Ricky has a DEVELOPMENTAL disability. His disability is in his BRAIN...not his legs (although the nature of the disease could have made it in both).
