Here we have a man who admits that his top agenda item is transportation, yet you disagree with that: "I'm not saying that transportation is our "most pressing need"."

So why would you vote for him? How much will his caring for Wilmington produce or even matter if his priorities are misplaced? What's the old saying; "The road to hell is paved with good intentions?"

BTW, casual, occasional riders will never pay for the rail line to Charleston OR Raleigh. You will need hundreds of riders each day paying a fair value fare, and those riders simply AREN'T THERE.
