You know this is a podunk state when the Governor announcing a movie project is treated as a big event.

I'm not sure which is more pathetic...the Governor, her bad self, thinking that this rises to the level of the office, or the collectively low self-esteem of the state and city for making a to-do about such nonsense.

If this is her idea of something that proves her mettle, therefore demonstrating she deserves re-election, she's clearly as clueless as the fools who voted for her.
