Last year I was trapped in my neighborhood all morning....cars were piled up and could not get onto Market street at all. No cops to help. People were pretty angry since getting to work and other appointments was next to impossible. When you live on a loop road, you really have no alternatives. Perhaps the organizers should think about that and use other-than-major arteries.
