someone should clue in the Group that first any African American, who is nominated, must have a law degree and license to practice law. The fact that half of the State's African American population lives in eastern North Carolina does not mean they meet the requirements.
And heaven knows with Hagen and the White House occupant, if there was a qualified candidate, they would be appointed if a vacancy arises.
