Thanks to law enforcement, they got 'some' of the imbiciles off the road who still are so dumb that they get behind the wheel and drive home drunk. Alcohol is the ONLY thing that they have in their pittiful lives. How pathetic!
Now they will have a scooter so that drivers can ZIP by them at 100mph and hopefully give them a heart attack!
