I hate those scooters! The riders will block up a lane until they come up to a red light. Then they will get over to the right edge where they are supposed to be so they can ride up to the front of the line. Then when traffic starts moving they move out and block the lane again. Since they are on the road, they should be mandated to have both a license plate and insurance.
