My question here is where is Jon David been in all of this. He said back in September that he had no knowledge of any allegations of misconduct in the Leland Police Department. That doesn't seem to be true. Has WWAY requested his emails and phone records? I know citizens have made felony complaints against high ranking Leland Police Officers that Jon David never followed up on or laughed at the accussations.
What happens with all the arrests and tickets given my non-certified officers? Do they get dismissed? Thankfully, I haven't had any run ins with the goon squad but if I had, I would hire the best attorney in town and appeal, appeal, appeal!
