To be upfront I disagree with whatever "movement" these people are trying to do. Yes they have a right to their opinion. No they do not have a right to loiter wherever they want. They certainly don't have a right to my family's "excesses" in money, property or anything else. The point I want to make is that yes these people are irrelevant, but more importantly they are annoying.
That being said we went to dinner at Wrightsville Beach tonight. You know what, it was great. Good value, great food, nice people, and no B.S. Why go downtown and be subject to that crap when you and your family can have a great time at the beach. The beach even offers free parking this time of year. I say avoid downtown and go elsewhere.
