Locally, we have R.C Soles and Company and a number of political players, who have provided cover for his interactions with young men.The reason this scandal has not been brought to a conclusion is the credibilty and the continued payoffs of these troubled men covers R.C and an obstructionists on the political side.If this scandal could ever be brought to the light of day by District Attorney Jon David,there would be mass resignations acrosss the political spectrum.It would possibly exceed the Penn State scandal in it's scope.
