WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- The family of a man missing since July is not giving up any time soon. Family and friends held a balloon vigil in honor of Al'Quon Flowers today to show they are still desperate for answers. Flowers was last seen on Red Cross Street near downtown Wilmington July 19.
