Unfortunately, he's not alone. So many people gorge themselves at Thanksgiving and Christmas that it would be easier to count those who DON'T.
Once or twice a year gorging like this won't hurt you; it's what you do on a daily basis that will determine whether you get Diabetes (like myself) or heart disease (like the rest of most of my family). In fact, one of my grandfathers gorged himself on a Thanksgiving meal many years ago, and he passed away during the night (he already had Diabetes). Food...it can be a killer if you don't watch yourself.
