Don't be such a busy body. It's none of your buisness why a 13 year old was on HIS OWN front porch at three am. Maybe he couldn't sleep and was getting some air. No one asked you to feel sorry for anyone. We are just asking you to shut up and mind your own buisness. Last time I checked it is still America and people have the right to walk around at 11:45. Maybe that is a bit late for a cackling hen, but you should get out and try it sometimes.
