FIRST ON 3 UPDATE: Parents of hit and run victim plead for driver to come forward

The NC Highway Patrol is still looking for the driver of a vehicle that struck and seriously injured 22-year-old Joseph Earl Jones, Jr. on the southbound side of Carolina Beach Road late Thursday night. The parents of Jones spoke to WWAY and want the driver to come forward.
