"Buzzy" is a former law partner of her first husband. He has a very active law practice in New Bern. He is an officer of the court; and if anyone should know better it is he.

So will he be disbarred and lose his law license?

Or, will he be temporarily suspended until her Majesty's last official act is to pardon him and allow him to return to the Bar?
