Like most towns in North Carolina, they are unable to budget. Their method for getting out of debt is to steal property from surrounding residents.
Hey, Kevin O'Grady, are my renters allowed to vote in the homeowner's association devlopment where I rent 3 houses? NO. Is that unconstitutional? NO.
As a renter they can't "vote" to paint the walls, or knock down a wall, or vote to do ANYTHING that changes the value of my property. They can't "vote" to donate my houses to charity. So why do you think a renter should have a "vote" in whether or not my property that they are renting should be annexed?
I hope all of you clowns get tossed out of office for wasting close to 1 million dollars trying to annex Monkey Junction. You an Anthony Fox of parker poe law firm can go pound sand. YOU HAVE LOST. GET OVER IT.
the annexing towns are getting desperate
