that those folks handling a gas leak would be careful and methodical and allow that stuff to vent before risking their lives. How dare they not do so and cause you an instant of inconvenience. A Wilmington fire chief was killed because of a gas explosion on Market St back in 1986. I'd imagine that memory is quite fresh.
With the crime in Wilmington, I'm rather glad they let the cops investigate real crime and not baby sit a bunch of adults trying to make left turns. But alas, some kid in Somalia is probably crying over what you had to go through yesterday.
